在实践中,证人答应如实作证后,却因未能满足其选择调查询问地点的要求,影响了调查取证工作。笔者认为,刑事诉讼法应当赋予证人选择调查询问地点的权利。
In practice, the witness who promised to testify truthfully did not meet the requirements of his or her place of inquiry and investigation, thus affecting the investigation and evidence collection. The author believes that the Criminal Procedure Law should give witnesses the right to choose to investigate the place of inquiry.
