近年来,随着国际、国内文化遗产保护领域,对文化遗产概念范畴、价值认知及保护理念的不断发展,推动了我国近现代建筑遗产的保护事业,同时也给近现代建筑遗产保护领域自身的理论与实践工作带来许多挑战。本文对我国近现代建筑遗产价值的认知及评价体系进行探讨,并结合当前文化遗产领域的发展,对近现代建筑遗产保护对象及范围进行重新界定;并论述了我国近现代建筑遗产保护在推动社会发展方面的重要意义。
