根据国内外相关先进技术和水泥混凝土复合式路面的使用环境,立足于防水和黏结功能,开发了专门用于复合式路面铺装的无毒环保溶剂型层间防水黏结材料,并提出了其相应的技术要求。系统研究了无毒环保溶剂型防水黏结材料的防水性能、与水泥混凝土板及沥青混凝土之间的黏结性能和剪切性能,并提出了其施工工艺。研究结果表明,与国内目前同类材料相比,该防水黏结材料不仅防水性能优良,而且组合结构在常温及高温时的黏结性能和抗剪性能突出,为我国今后的复合式路面层间防水技术提供了一条新思路。
According to the relevant advanced technologies at home and abroad and the use environment of cement concrete pavement, based on the waterproof and bonding function, developed a non-toxic environmentally friendly solvent-based interlayer waterproof bonding material specially for composite pavement pavement, and proposed its corresponding Technical requirements. The waterproof performance of non-toxic environment-friendly solvent-borne waterproof bonding material, the bonding property and shear property between cement-concrete slab and asphalt concrete were systematically studied and the construction technology was proposed. The results show that compared with the current domestic similar materials, the waterproof bonding material not only has excellent waterproofing property, but also exhibits excellent bonding property and shear resistance at normal temperature and high temperature, providing the waterproofing technology for composite pavement in the future A new idea.
