[目的]了解艾滋病健康教育对不同年级医学生的干预效果,寻找艾滋病健康教育干预的最佳时期。[方法]随机整群抽取医学一年级和三年级学生,开设《艾滋病健康教育》讲座3学时,内容涵盖艾滋病生物学、流行病学、社会学和医学知识。讲座开设前和结束后,研究对象分别填写事先统一设计的问卷,统计分析有关数据,评价干预效果。[结果]干预后研究对象对艾滋病知识的认识水平有明显提高(P﹤0.01),其中除防治伦理和政策项目组外,一年级学生组干预的效果比三年级学生组效果更好,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。[结论]艾滋病健康教育讲座对在校医学生具有有效性,适应性,建议在低年级中开设《艾滋病健康教育》课程。
[Objective] To understand the effects of HIV / AIDS health education on medical students in different grades and seek the best time for HIV / AIDS health education intervention. [Methods] The first and third year medical students were randomly selected from the cluster and 3 sessions of “AIDS Health Education” were held to cover AIDS biology, epidemiology, sociology and medical knowledge. Before and after the opening of the lecture, the subjects were asked to fill in the questionnaires which were designed in advance, and statistically analyze the data and evaluate the effect of the intervention. [Results] The level of awareness of AIDS knowledge was significantly improved (P <0.01). After intervention, the effect of intervention in first grade students group was better than that of third grade students except for prevention and control ethics and policy items group, the difference was Statistical significance (P <0.01). [Conclusion] AIDS health education lecture is effective and adaptable to medical students in school. It is suggested that AIDS health education should be offered in lower grades.
