目的建立智能样品处理器联用微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定鲫鱼中痕量镉的新方法。方法智能样品处理器联用微波消解进行样品前处理,优化选择2种消解液及其加入量,调整横向塞曼石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定的最佳状态直接测定样品中的痕量镉。结果镉含量在0~3 ng/ml范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.998 0。方法检出限为0.000 35 mg/kg,RSD为2.72%~4.88%,加标回收率为94.0%~98.7%。结论该方法空白值低,灵敏度高,可简便、快速、准确地进行大批量鱼样中镉的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a new method for the determination of trace cadmium in crucian carp using intelligent sample processor combined with microwave digestion and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The samples were preprocessed by microwave digestion, and two kinds of digestion solutions and their additions were optimized. The optimal conditions for the determination of trace Zeeman graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry were determined, and the amount of cadmium in the samples was directly determined. Results The linearity of cadmium content in the range of 0 ~ 3 ng / ml was good with a correlation coefficient of 0.998 0. The detection limit was 0.000 35 mg / kg, RSD was 2.72% ~ 4.88%, and the recoveries were 94.0% ~ 98.7%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of low blank value and high sensitivity, and can be used for the determination of cadmium in large quantities of fish samples easily, rapidly and accurately.
