目的:研究抗原处理相关转运体(TAP)1和主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)-I类分子在尖锐湿疣(CA)皮损中的表达情况及其相互关系,探讨在尖锐湿疣患者中是否存在MHC-I类抗原提呈途径的缺陷。方法:采用免疫组化法检测30例CA患者皮损和10名正常人包皮组织中TAP1和MHC-I类分子的表达。结果:①与正常包皮对照组相比,CA皮损中TAP1和MHC-I类分子表达水平均显著降低。②在CA皮损中TAP1和MHC-I类分子的表达呈正相关。结论:CA患者皮损中TAP1和MHC-I类分子表达降低,MHC-I类抗原提呈途径缺陷,这在人乳头瘤病毒逃逸机体免疫监视的过程中可能发挥着重要的作用。
Objective: To study the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (TAP-1) and major histocompatibility complex (MHC) -I in skin lesions of condyloma acuminatum (CA) Are there any deficiencies in MHC class I antigen presentation? Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of TAP1 and MHC class I molecules in the lesions of 30 patients with CA and in the normal foreskin. Results: ① Compared with normal control group, the levels of TAP1 and MHC-I molecules in CA lesions were significantly decreased. ② The expression of TAP1 and MHC-I molecules in CA lesions was positively correlated. CONCLUSION: The expression of TAP1 and MHC-I molecules is decreased and the MHC-I antigen presenting pathways are deficient in CA lesions, which may play an important role in the immune surveillance of human papillomavirus.
