对高大平房仓仓顶、仓墙用碳化硅白色隔热基料进行涂刷,并安装自动通风装置与膜下环流系统,秋冬季进行自然通风与保水机械通风降温,春季对仓房进行隔热密闭;在夏季利用夜间排除仓内积热、进行环流均温,降低上层粮堆高温点。实验证明:综合运用这些储粮技术,减少外界环境因素对粮堆的影响,使全仓平均粮温全年不超过15℃,夏季25℃以上的高温点不超过粮堆表层检测点总数的25%,达到较好的控温、保水、维持品质效果。
