本文以我国法治社会建设为背景,以城市街道派出所中警察讯问犯罪嫌疑人的录音誊写数据为语料,依据批评话语分析的思路,考察警察的话语实践对法律权威和警察个人权威的建构。分析显示,警察的讯问过程涉及四类权力主体(法律、法院、警察集体、警察个人),个人权威是警察话语实践建构的核心。其结果是:警察个人的权威得到了积极的建构,警察集体的权威没有受到明显的影响,而法律和法院的权威受到一定程度的消解。
Based on the social construction of our country under the rule of law, this paper uses the recording and writing data of police interrogation suspects in urban street police station as the corpus and examines the construction of legal authority and individual police authority based on the discourse of critical discourse analysis. Analysis shows that the police interrogation process involves four types of power subjects (law, court, police collective, police individual), and personal authority is the core of the construction of police discourse practice. As a result, the individual authority of the police has been positively constructed, the authority of the police collective has not been significantly affected, and the law and court authority have been somewhat resolved.
