我国规范对高路堤的压实度标准与一般路堤基本相同,但高路堤的工后沉降明显比一般路堤大。通过对高速公路高填方路基现场碾压试验,比较不同松铺厚度在不同的碾压条件下对应的路基沉降和孔隙率的关系,提出松铺厚度为45 cm、强振7遍时,松铺系数可控制在1.15左右。碾压遍数宜控制为1遍静压+1遍弱振+7遍强振,可以保证最后两遍碾压路基沉降差小于3 mm。用冲击压路机进行14遍的冲击补强压实,可以部分消除路基中的密度不均匀现象,可以产生7~12 cm的压缩沉降量。
Compaction standard for high embankment in our country is basically the same as general embankment, but post-construction settlement of high embankment is obviously larger than that of general embankment.
