固然积分制管理最初实践于企业,能够使企业员工自我激发主人翁意识,做到“主观上为自己,客观上为公司及他人”。但推而广之,其也适用于今天文明社区的构建。实践表明,积分制管理一方面使人人甘当社区主人,做到今天我为社区添光彩,明天社区因我而荣耀,另一方面对于社区管理者来说,能够从日常繁琐庞杂的事务中解脱出来,集中智慧和力量办大事、解难事、干实事,从而实现社区干部与群众携手共进、同频共振,人人致力社区文明。 Although the integral system of management initially implemented in enterprises, employees can make their own sense of ownership, so that “subjective for themselves, objectively for the company and others.” But by extension, it also applies to the construction of civilized communities today.
