对于高速公路收费站员工来说,工作紧张而压抑,许多人在追求个人的社会价值和认同感的同时,经受着工作带来的巨大压力。如何教育和引导员工适应新形势,保证员工的心理健康,构建和谐收费站,成为高速公路各级领导研究、探讨、创新的一个重要课题。文中通过对收费站员工的思想现状和防范措施进行探讨,力求在管理中寻找促进员工心理和谐的有效办法。
For highway toll station employees, work is stressful and oppressive, and many people are under tremendous pressure from their work while pursuing their social values and identities. How to educate and guide staff to adapt to the new situation, to ensure the mental health of employees and to build a harmonious toll station has become an important topic for the study, discussion and innovation of the leaders at all levels of the expressway. Through the discussion of the status quo and preventive measures of employees in toll booths, the paper tries to find an effective way to promote employee psychological harmony in management.
