领导班子的建设是“两个文明”建设中的一项长期系统的主体工程,这个工程的好坏与否直接关系到能否建设好“两个文明”。我们大连市金州区人民银行在发挥基层中央银行的职能过程中,坚持认真抓好领导班子的建设,较好地贯彻落实了中央的有关金融方针政策和保证了具体金融业务的顺利开展。加强思想碗设保持政治一致思想作风的建设是领导班子建设的根本。为了把班子建设成为贯彻党的路线、方针、政策的领导核心,我们在加强领导班子思想建设
