对16例30只开角型青光眼130只正常眼,联合检测了图形翻转视诱发电位和静态定量视野。结果:①P100波潜伏期与振幅在开角型青光眼的异常率,均为140’>70’>35’。即以较低的空间频率作图像刺激,可获得较高的敏感度。②在40岁以下患者,P100波潜伏期与振幅的异常率随年龄增大而降低;而40岁以上患者则相反。提示视神经纤维的损害程度与发病年龄具有相关性。③图形翻转视诱发电位与静态定量视野在开角型青光眼的异常率分别为83%和87%。提示后者的敏感度略优于前者。因此认为,开角型青光眼进行图形翻转视诱发电位和静态定量视野的联合检测,可以更加全面地对视网膜和视神经纤维的功能损害作出综合判断;对开角型青光眼的早期诊断、预后及疗效判断具有明显的临床意义。
130 eyes of 16 open-angle 30 eyes with open angle glaucoma were enrolled in the study. Results: ① The abnormal rates of P100 wave latency and amplitude in open-angle glaucoma were 140 ’> 70’> 35 ’. That is to lower the spatial frequency for image stimulation, higher sensitivity can be obtained. ② In patients under 40 years of age, P100 wave latency and amplitude of the anomaly rate decreases with age; and over the age of 40 patients are the opposite. Suggesting that the degree of damage to the optic nerve fibers and the age of onset has a correlation. (3) The rate of abnormalities in open angle glaucoma was 83% and 87% respectively. Suggesting that the sensitivity of the latter slightly better than the former. Therefore, open-angle glaucoma pattern inversion visual evoked potentials and static quantitative field of joint detection, can more fully on the retina and optic nerve fibers to make a comprehensive assessment of the functional damage; open angle glaucoma early diagnosis, prognosis and efficacy judgment Has obvious clinical significance.
