采用等通道角轧制工艺(ECAR)对AZ31镁合金板进行轧制变形,结合光学显微镜、EBSD、杯突实验机和拉伸实验机等检测方法,研究了不同ECAR工艺对镁合金板微观组织及力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,AZ31镁合金板经ECAR工艺处理后,板材的平均晶粒尺寸出现下降,且板材的基面织构出现了明显地降低,由母材的8.187降低为4.537。此外,镁合金板材的综合性能得到显著提高,板材的杯突值由母材的2.72 mm增加到4.22 mm,n值由母材的0.27增加到0.46,抗拉强度由母材的275 MPa增加到294 MPa。综上所述,等通道角轧制工艺可以有效细化镁合金板材的微观组织,提高镁合金板材的综合力学性能。
The rolling process of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet by ECAR was carried out. The effects of different ECAR processes on the microstructure of magnesium alloy sheet were studied by means of optical microscope, EBSD, cup test machine and tensile testing machine. And mechanical properties. The experimental results show that the average grain size of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet decreases with the ECAR process, and the base texture of the sheet decreases obviously, from 8.187 base metal to 4.537. In addition, the comprehensive performance of magnesium alloy sheet was significantly improved, the cup protruding from 2.72 mm base material increased to 4.22 mm, n value increased from 0.27 to 0.46 base metal, tensile strength increased from 275 MPa base metal 294 MPa. In summary, the equal channel angle rolling process can effectively refine the microstructure of magnesium alloy sheet, magnesium alloy sheet to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties.
