设计及冶炼了一种Fe-Mn-Si系超级贝氏体钢,在Gleebe-1500热模拟试验机上研究了奥氏体变形对该低温贝氏体相变和组织的影响。结果表明,奥氏体变形对超级贝氏体组织形貌有很大的影响;奥氏体高温变形缩短贝氏体相变孕育期,但阻滞贝氏体相变体积分数;奥氏体低温变形大大缩短了贝氏体相变孕育期,明显促进贝氏体相变过程,转变后贝氏体组织呈明显的纤维状变形组织。
An Fe-Mn-Si superbseal bainitic steel was designed and smelted. The effect of austenite deformation on the microstructure and transformation of the low-temperature bainite was investigated on a Gleebe-1500 thermal simulator. The results show that the deformation of austenite has a great influence on the morphology of super bainite. The deformation of austenite at high temperature shortens the bainite phase during the incubation period, but blocks the volume fraction of bainite transformation. Deformation greatly shorten the bainitic transformation phase, significantly promote the bainite transformation process, bainitic tissue was transformed fibrous fibrous tissue.
