目的了解大理市食品从业人员HBsAg携带情况,为乙型肝炎的防控提供依据。方法用ELISA法对大理市2007-2011年食品经营餐饮服务从业人员的HBsAg进行检测,结果进行统计学分析。结果 2007-2011年合计检测8447名餐饮服务从业人员,检出285例HBsAg阳性者,阳性率为3.37%(285/8 447)。各年的阳性率分别为3.98%、3.25%、2.97%、2.54%、2.14%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);各民族的阳性率汉族最高,白族次之,回族最低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大理市2007-2011年食品经营餐饮服务从业人员HBsAg阳性率虽低于全国平均水平,但仍高于其他地市。应进一步加强对食品经营人员的健康教育,大力推广疫苗接种,全面提高人群的整体免疫水平。“,”Objective To understand the HBsAg carrier status among employees in food business in Dali,and provide basis for prevention and control of hepatitis B.Method Detect HBsAg carrier status among employees in food business by ELISA and analyze the result according to statistics.Results A total of 8 447 employees from catering trade were tested from 2007 to 2011,among which 285 employees were positive for HBsAg,accounting for 3.37%.The positive rates were 3.98%,3.25%,2.97%,2.54% and 2.14% respectively from 2007 to 2011,the differences were of statistical significance(P0.05).The highest positive rate was among Han nationality,the second was Bai nationality,the lowest was Hui nationality.There was no statistical significant difference among different nationalities(P>0.05).Conclusions The positive rate of HBsAg was under the average level among employees in catering trade in Dali from 2007 to 2009,but it was higher than the level of other districts.Health education must be strengthened among the target population,hepatitis B immunization must be improved to improve the whole immune level against hepatitis B.
