温哥华社区学院PIDP课程项目对高职教师培养的启示

温哥华社区学院(VCC)通过设置教师教育课程项目和积极推进在职教师发展,为成人教育和职业教育培养了大量的师资。该学院的教师文凭和证书项目(PIDP)在课程设置上针对性强,目标明确;课程管理模式多元化,效果明显;课程设计系统化,过程考核效度高;课程培养突出创新思维和可持续发展。学习和借鉴该课程的设置并结合现实需求,中国高职学院可通过加强教师教学能力培养的组织,设置专门的培训中心;优化培训课程设置,提供多元的教学模式;加强教师反思性实践和创新能力培养等途径加强教师教育教学能力的培养。 The Vancouver Community College (VCC) has trained a large number of teachers for adult education and vocational education by setting up teacher education programs and actively promoting the development of on-the-job teachers.
