DCO6钢是目前汽车覆盖件生产中使用量最大的钢板种类之一,准确掌握DC06钢各项材料力学性能可为生产实践节约成本、提高产品合格率及获得更大经济效益。基于无凸缘圆筒件的拉深试验测定DC06钢极限拉深系数,利用伺服压力机降低了实验次品率,提高了实验精度,在国标的基础上缩小了直径极差范围,并进行Dynaform模拟分析,证明了实验结果的可靠性;将极限拉深系数理论计算值、预测值与实验值三者进行比较分析,得到了较高的匹配率。
DCO6 steel is one of the most widely used types of steel in automobile panel production. Accurately mastering the mechanical properties of DC06 steel can save cost, increase the qualified rate of products and obtain more economic benefits. Based on the drawing test of non-flanged cylinder, the ultimate drawing coefficient of DC06 steel was determined. The servo press was used to reduce the defective rate of the experiment and the experimental precision was improved. On the basis of the national standard, the diameter range of the diameter was reduced and Dynaform Simulation analysis proves the reliability of the experimental results. By comparing and analyzing the theoretical calculation value, the predicted value and the experimental value of the ultimate drawing coefficient, a higher matching rate is obtained.
