思维品质,作为心理学的一个术语,主要是指一些具体的思维特征,是思维能力的具体表现。一般来说,有良好想维品质的人,思维能力就强,反之则弱。作为一个情报工作者,要有效地做好科技情报工作,应具备哪些良好的思维品质呢?我以为,一般应具备的有以下几方面:思维的独立性。在情报工作中,常常会遇到这样的情况,对情报工作中某一件事的评价,一种行动的选择,往往意见不一致,这就需要我们做情报工作的同志,能根据实际情况,独立思考,拿出主见,而绝不能偏听偏信,优柔寡断。其次,思维的独立性还要求我们在情报工作中不盲从,不迷信,能创造性地开展工作。

This requires us to be comrades in intelligence work and can be independent according to the actual situation. Think, come up with assertive opinions, and never be partial to biased, indecisive. Secondly, the independence of thinking also requires us not to follow blindly or superstitiously in intelligence work, and to be able to carry out our work creatively.
