我公司在衡阳冶金机械厂二金工车间施工中,将大型钢筋混凝土格构式双肢柱由预制吊装改为定型组合钢模立式现浇施工,取得了明显的经济效果。该车间系一重型高大单层工业厂房,建筑面积4300m~2,跨度36m,柱间距12m。原设计为预制格构式钢筋混凝土双肢柱。全柱共分三节,总长25.80m。每根柱混凝土量为30m~3,重达75t。由于吊装设备和施工场地的限制,无法将其安装就位,另做大型吊装机具,又费时费钱。经反复研究
In the construction of the Second Metalworking Workshop of Hengyang Metallurgical Machinery Plant, our company changed the large-size reinforced concrete grid-type double-limb columns from prefabricated lifting to stereotyped combined steel vertical cast-in-place construction and achieved significant economic results. The workshop is a heavy, tall, single-story industrial factory building with a building area of 4300m2, a span of 36m and a column spacing of 12m. The original design was prefabricated lattice reinforced concrete double-limb columns. The whole column is divided into three sections with a total length of 25.80m. Each column has a concrete volume of 30m~3 and a weight of 75t. Due to the restrictions of hoisting equipment and construction site, it cannot be installed in place, and another large-scale hoisting equipment is also time-consuming and costly. After repeated studies
