热管的导热性很好,导热系数相当大,是同换热面积下金属(Ag、Cu、Al)的102~104倍,现在已经应用到很多领域。热管应用的主要形式是热管换热器。热管换热器是一种由多根热管组合设计而成的换热设备。排烟温度直接影响到锅炉运行的经济性和尾部受热面工作的安全性,是锅炉的基本设计参数之一。选择合适的排烟温度对锅炉设计和运行的经济性、安全性有重要意义。通过对一台型号为CLSG0.7-85/60-AII的常压立式热水锅炉进行加装热管换热器的改装,提高了锅炉效率,验证了降低排烟温度的可行性。

The exhaust gas temperature has a direct impact on the economy of the boiler operation and the safety of work on the rear heated surface. It is one of the basic design parameters of the boiler. Choosing a suitable exhaust gas temperature is of great importance to the economy and safety of boiler design and operation. Through retrofitting a heat pipe heat exchanger with an atmospheric pressure vertical hot water boiler model CLSG0.7-85 / 60-AII, the boiler efficiency is improved, and the feasibility of reducing the exhaust gas temperature is verified.
