针对延长油田注水系统在油田开发过程中存在普遍的结垢问题,对延长油田某采油厂注水系统的结垢特性趋势从污水在井下输送系统和油层中的结垢试验分析进行了研究。同时,对硫酸钙的溶解性随注水因素影响的规律性也进行了研究。结果表明:延安组与长2油层产出水质混合会产生碳酸钙结垢,与长6油层产出液混合有碳酸钙与硫酸钙结垢。,硫酸钙的溶解度随随氯化钠浓度的增加而增大,随温度提高先增大后减小,随二氧化碳含量的增加而先减小后增大,而气压的增加对硫酸钙溶解度的影响极小。
