The purpose of this section is to introduce the Saturn V full-size dynamic test program’s experience and knowledge of dynamic test techniques. The information presented includes three parts: determination of test requirements, discussion of digital data processing techniques and identification of test data. The main purpose of the dynamic test plan is to test Saturn V mathematical models. These mathematical models are used to predict the characteristics of each flight carrier with high confidence. Figure 5-1 shows this trial-analysis cycle. This figure shows a schematic of a full-size mathematical model with a 1/10 scale model analysis and experimental results. Use this model to predict the dynamic behavior of a full-scale test vehicle. Dynamic characteristics and test results related research, modify the mathematical model until the best correlation. After that, the model is considered
