目的:观察补中益气汤对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病大鼠NO浓度的影响。方法:采用中等剂量和2次腹腔注射STZ的方法制作糖尿病大鼠模型,用紫外分光光度法检测血清和胰腺组织NO代谢产物NO3-、ONOO-,用硫代巴比妥酸比色法检测MDA。结果:模型组血清NO3-、胰腺ONOO-均低于正常组,MDA高于正常组,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),血清NO3-低于正常组但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗组血清NO3-、胰腺NO3-与ONOO-均较模型组升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),MDA较模型组降低(P<0.01)。结论:补中益气汤可升高糖尿病大鼠的NO浓度,降低MDA水平,并能促进胰岛β细胞再生。
Objective: To observe the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction (STZ) on the concentration of NO in streptozotocin (STZ) -induced diabetic rats. Methods: Diabetic rat model was made by middle dose and 2 times of intraperitoneal injection of STZ. NO and ONOO- were detected by UV spectrophotometry in serum and pancreas tissues. MDA level was detected by thiobarbituric acid colorimetry . Results: The levels of NO3- and pancreatic ONOO- in model group were lower than those in normal group and MDA in normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05, P <0.01) No significant difference (P> 0.05). NO3-, NO3- and ONOO- in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the untreated group (P <0.05, P <0.01). The MDA level in the treatment group was lower than that in the untreated group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Buzhong Yiqi decoction can increase the concentration of NO in diabetic rats, decrease the level of MDA, and promote the regeneration of pancreatic β cells.
