我厂的500公斤及200公斤空气锤,在主轴承加油时需将油门打开,手伸进机身内部注油。这种加油方法缺点很多,还有一定的危险性。首先是加油门很笨重,拆装不便,加油时易将油壶、油枪掉入机身内,并且经常开关加油门易使灰尘进入沾污曲轴及各轴承。最大的缺点是加油门在机身左边,而操纵开关在机身右边,操作者看不到加油的人,如在加油时误将锤开动则易发生危险。我们现将加油装置改进了一下(见图),在原加油门2的上部机身壁上钻一
