本文论述了铀屑可控氧化的概念、方案及安全措施,进行了工艺上的可行性研究,提出了可控氧化法处理铀屑的工艺方法。研究结果表明,使用该工艺可处理各种工业废铀屑,具有操作方便、对环境无污染、安全、节能等优点。无需使用和消耗大量化学试剂便可获得合格的二氧化铀,为干法或湿法氟化提供原料。同时也为铀屑安全贮存提供了一种简便的处理方法。
This paper discusses the concept of controllable oxidation of uranium dust, the scheme and safety measures, and studies the feasibility of the process. A controllable oxidation process for the treatment of uranium dust is proposed. The results show that the process can be used to deal with a variety of industrial waste uranium waste, with easy operation, no pollution to the environment, safety, energy saving and other advantages. Qualified uranium dioxide is obtained without the use and consumption of large quantities of chemicals, providing raw materials for dry or wet fluorination. It also provides a convenient method for the safe storage of uranium dust.
