为满足铸坯规格多样化和提高铸坯产品质量的要求,连铸机扇形段需要具备辊缝自动调节功能。为此,江西新余钢铁公司的厚板坯连铸机使用扇形段辊缝控制技术,通过辊缝折算获得精确的扇形段辊缝反馈,采用位置控制、同步控制和框架变形补偿等方法实现扇形段辊缝的自动控制;同时还通过压力闭环和位置补偿的策略使扇形段的压下力尽量保持平衡,实现“软夹紧”功能,确保设备安全。实际应用效果表明,该辊缝控制技术可以适应多种规格的连铸坯,并能大幅提高产品质量。
In order to meet the diversification of castings specifications and improve the quality requirements of castings, the caster segments need automatic roll gap adjustment. For this reason, the thick slab caster of Xinyu Iron and Steel Company of Jiangxi Province uses the sector roll gap control technology to obtain the accurate sector roll gap feedback through roll gap conversion. The position control, synchronous control and frame deformation compensation are adopted to realize the sector Roll gap automatic control; at the same time, through the pressure closed-loop and position compensation strategy to make the segment of the pressing force as far as possible to maintain balance, to achieve “soft clamping ” function to ensure the safety of equipment. Practical application results show that the roll gap control technology can adapt to a variety of specifications of the slab, and can significantly improve product quality.
