利用石墨烯制备出形状记忆聚氨酯(SMPU)/石墨烯复合材料,并采用等温结晶工艺在SMPU与石墨烯之间产生附生结晶,研究了石墨烯含量对结晶行为和形状记忆行为的影响。结果表明:28℃等温处理后,该复合材料的总结晶度随石墨烯含量的提高而增加,其形状固定率和回复率也随之逐渐增大,当石墨烯含量为1.5%时,其形状固定率和形状回复率较SMPU分别提高了17.9%和8.6%,性能最为优越。总结晶度相同时,SMPU/石墨烯复合材料的形状固定率和回复率随附生结晶现象的增强而提高,当石墨烯含量为1.5%时,该复合材料产生的附生结晶现象最为明显,形状固定率和回复率较SMPU分别提高了15.1%和7.3%。
Shape memory polyurethane (SMPU) / graphene composites were prepared by graphene, and epi-crystallization was produced between isothermal crystallization process and graphene. The effects of graphene content on crystallization behavior and shape memory behavior were investigated. The results show that the total crystallinity of the composites increases with the increase of graphene content after isothermal treatment at 28 ℃, and its shape fixation rate and recovery rate also increase gradually. When the graphene content is 1.5%, its shape Fixed rate and shape recovery rates were higher than SMPU by 17.9% and 8.6%, the most superior performance. When the total crystallinity is the same, the shape fixation rate and recovery rate of SMPU / graphene composites increase with the increase of epiphyte crystallization. When the content of graphene is 1.5%, the epiphytic crystallization phenomenon of the composites is the most obvious. Shape fixation and recovery rates were 15.1% and 7.3% higher than those of SMPU respectively.
