近年来,随着尖端技术、国防科学技术的飞跃发展,钼合金材料已在宇航、电子、冶金等工业部门获得广泛应用。由于钼合金薄板存在着明显的各向异性,引伸成型易出现纵向开裂等现象。自1975年以来,为应用于电子管深冲件,提供了用户,横向延伸率不小于10%,纵、横向δ值值差不大于20%,采用交叉轧制生产的钼片订货多批。为找出交叉轧制的合理规范,结合试制订货,初步开展了Mo—0.5Ti合金交叉轧制工艺试验。
In recent years, with cutting-edge technology, national defense science and technology leap in development, molybdenum alloy materials have been widely used in aerospace, electronics, metallurgy and other industrial sectors. Due to the obvious anisotropy of molybdenum alloy sheets, longitudinal cracking and other phenomena easily occur in the drawing and forming. Since 1975, for the application of deep-drawn pieces of tubes, we provide users with more than 10% lateral elongation and 20% difference in longitudinal and transverse δ values. The molybdenum sheet produced by cross-rolling has multiple orders. In order to find out the reasonable specification of cross-rolling, the trial of cross-rolling of Mo-0.5Ti alloy was carried out in combination with trial production.
