优良的桑树品种,产叶量高,养蚕茧质好。不同品种,适于在不同地区栽植,要根据本地区气候和土壤条件,因地制宜地选用。秋雨.是朝鲜的优良桑树品种,1958年引进我省。它树冠开展,枝条细长直立,发条数多,叶形较大,叶肉薄。发芽率高,生长旺盛,耐剪伐,适应性和抗寒性较强,适宜在辽北栽植。产叶量一般,叶子易萎凋,不耐贮藏,秋季叶子硬化早,易发生褐斑病。适于养成低于、中干和高于树型,可用于饲养春蚕、夏蚕和秋蚕。
