自70年代起,我国各省(台湾、西藏除外)相继建立起省级森林资源连续清查体系(简称“连清”),嗣后每隔5年复查一次。目前全国已布设了26万个固定样地,平均每个县约有100个固定样地。近20年来,该体系每5年提供一次全国和省的森林资源数据,但由于技术问题,现在还不能提供各省、地、县的森林资源数据。如能解决这个问题,对我国地方森林资源监测体系的建立将起到巨大的作用,笔者认为,贝叶斯联合估计是解决这一问题的有效途径
Since the 1970s, all provinces of our country (except Taiwan and Tibet) successively set up a continuous inventory system of provincial-level forest resources (hereinafter referred to as “Lianqing”) and subsequently reviewed them every five years. At present, there are 260,000 fixed sites throughout the country, with an average of about 100 fixed sites per county. In the past 20 years, the system has provided national and provincial data on forest resources every five years. Due to technical problems, it is still not possible to provide data on forest resources of various provinces, prefectures and counties. If we can solve this problem, it will play a huge role in the establishment of local forest resources monitoring system in our country. In my opinion, Bayesian joint estimation is an effective way to solve this problem
