采用熔融聚合法用马来酸酐改性聚乳酸,在100℃水浴中加热丙交酯和马来酸酐的混合物,用减压回流的方法反应20h。在实验中采用了正交分析的方法,以便找到最好的实验方案。各因素对马来酸酐改性聚乳酸分子量的影响大小依次是聚合时间、丙交酯与马来酸酐的比例、搅拌速度;最好的方案应当是反应时间20h,丙交酯与马来酸酐的比例10∶1,搅拌速度为200 r/min。同时对共聚物的结构和形貌进行了表征,且与聚乳酸进行了比较研究。
Poly (lactic acid) was modified with maleic anhydride by melt polymerization. The mixture of lactide and maleic anhydride was heated in a water bath at 100 ° C and reacted under reduced pressure for 20 hours. Orthogonal analysis was used in the experiment in order to find the best experimental protocol. The effect of various factors on the molecular weight of maleic anhydride modified polylactic acid followed by the polymerization time, the ratio of lactide to maleic anhydride, stirring speed; the best solution should be the reaction time 20h, lactide and maleic anhydride The ratio of 10: 1, stirring speed of 200 r / min. The structure and morphology of the copolymer were also characterized and compared with polylactic acid.
