本文着重探讨了电大远程教育在教师培训中所发挥的重要作用。以北京市小学教师英语口语培训项目为案例,详细分析了电大在申办培训项目初期如何发挥自己的优势,取得政府部门的支持;探讨了在项目实施时遇到的困难和解决的措施;总结了在项目历时三年中所取得的成果。指出针对学员的特点,在培训中应发挥电大远程教学和系统办学的优势,在教学模式是以混合学习为主线,在课程设置上以模块化教学为重点,以期为中央电大课程平台搭建工程和证书推进计划提供可资借鉴的经验。 This article focuses on the important role played by TVU distance education in teacher training. Taking Beijing Primary School Teachers’ Oral English Training Project as a case, this paper analyzes in detail how TVU exerts its own advantages in the initial stage of applying for training programs and obtains the support of government departments. It also discusses the difficulties encountered in project implementation and the solutions to them. Achievements in the three years of the project. It is pointed out that according to the characteristics of trainees, the advantages of RTVU and system running should be exerted in the training.
