通过对84个砂浆试件的试验研究,对比了普通砂浆和掺入不同长度、不同掺量钢纤维的钢纤维砂浆的抗压强度和抗折强度.表明钢纤维砂浆的抗压强度略有提高,平均提高约10%;抗折强度有很大提高,平均提高约150%;砂浆韧性得到明显改善.同时指出砂浆强度和韧性的改善程度与所掺入钢纤维的长度和掺量有关
Through the experimental study of 84 mortar specimens, the compressive strength and flexural strength of ordinary mortars and steel fiber mortars with different lengths and different contents of steel fibers were compared. It shows that the compressive strength of steel fiber mortar is slightly increased, and the average increase is about 10%; the bending strength is greatly improved, and the average increase is about 150%; mortar toughness is improved significantly. At the same time, it is pointed out that the degree of improvement of mortar strength and toughness is related to the length and amount of steel fiber incorporated.
