采用失重法、动电位扫描法、电化学交流阻抗法和SEM分析,研究了咪唑啉类缓蚀剂ZZF的缓蚀性能.结果表明:在50℃的5%HC l溶液中,4 mmol/L ZZF缓蚀剂能有效地提高碳钢的耐蚀性能;ZZF的缓蚀作用机理系几何覆盖效应,它在金属表面吸附成膜后,使阴极和阳极过程都受到了阻滞;ZZF试样膜质均匀、致密,厚度为6μm;根据EIS提出了相应的特征等效电路.
The corrosion inhibition performance of ZZF, an imidazoline inhibitor, was investigated by weight loss method, potentiodynamic scanning method, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and SEM. The results showed that 4 mmol / L ZZF corrosion inhibitor can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of carbon steel. The corrosion inhibition mechanism of ZZF is geometrical covering effect. After the metal surface is adsorbed and deposited, the cathode and anode processes are blocked. ZZF sample film Homogeneous, dense, the thickness of 6μm; according to the EIS corresponding characteristic equivalent circuit.
