车身骨架接头的刚度与骨架的刚度同样对车身的刚度和振动等具有重大影响。以薄钢板骨架的基本接头型式为例,通过试验和有限元分析求出了接头的变形和应力。得出骨架接头区的局部变形是决定接头刚度的重要因素的结论。
The stiffness of the body frame joint and the stiffness of the skeleton also have a significant impact on the stiffness and vibration of the body. Taking the basic joint pattern of the thin steel plate as an example, the deformation and the stress of the joint are obtained through the experiment and finite element analysis. It is concluded that the local deformation of the joint region is an important factor that determines the joint stiffness.
