我省水利系统共有干部1.04万多人,其中科级以上1500多人。党的十一届三中全会以来,我们贯彻中央关于加强干部轮训工作的指示精神,开展了干部轮训工作。据统计,三年来先后轮训科级以上的领导干部959人,占该级干部的64%。在近两年的干部轮训中,我们重点抓了地、县水电局正副局长的正规化轮训,举办了6期培训班。培训了地、县正副局长228人,占应训的76%,其余的今年底可轮训完。一般反映主要收获有三: 第一、掌握了一定专业技术知识,为进一步学习专业和研究业务技术奠定了基础。参加全省水利系统第一、二期领导干部轮训班的同志,学习了初等数学、工程力学、水力学、陆地水文学、电工及电气设备、水工建筑物、水
A total of 10,400 cadres in our province’s water conservancy system, including more than 1,500 people at the family level.
