在梳理交通发展与土地利用效率作用机理的基础上,以全国31个省级行政区相关数据为基础,运用全域自相关模型、空间计量模型,分析了我国土地利用效率的空间相关性,并分别从全国层面以及东、中、西三大区域尺度上,评估了交通设施建设对土地利用效率的空间溢出效应。结果显示:全国土地利用效率具有显著的空间正相关性;交通设施对土地利用效率存在正向的直接效应及溢出效应,且直接效应较之跨区域溢出效应更为显著;与铁路设施相比,公路对土地利用效率的直接效应更为明显,而铁路跨区域溢出效应更为突出;公路对土地利用效率的空间溢出效应在东部最高,在西部则铁路最高。
On the basis of combing the mechanism of traffic development and land use efficiency, based on the data of 31 provincial administrative regions nationwide, this paper analyzes the spatial correlation of land use efficiency in China by using global autocorrelation model and spatial econometric model, At the national level and at the three regional scales of East, Central and Western China, the spatial spillover effect of transport infrastructure on land use efficiency was evaluated. The results show that there is a significant spatial positive correlation between land use efficiency and land use efficiency in China. There is a positive direct effect and spillover effect on land use efficiency of transportation facilities, and the direct effect is more significant than that of cross-regional spillover effect. Compared with railway facilities, The direct effect of road on land use efficiency is more obvious, while the spillover effect of railways is more prominent. The spillover effect of road on land use efficiency is the highest in the east and the highest in the west.
