刑部是金代最高的司法机关,执掌着法律刑狱并复核刑名。统治者通过刑部的复审制度来维护法律的公平,也通过刑部审理地方案件的权力来及时理清地方冤案。金朝的刑部官员除了女真人,还有汉人、契丹人、奚人等民族官员,其中女真人和汉人是金代刑部官员的主体民族,因此,全面了解金代刑部官员的民族构成状况,对深入了解金代司法机构的建制和民族政策有着重要意义。
The Ministry of Punishments is the highest judicial body in the Jin Dynasty, holding the legal prison and reviewing the criminal names. The ruler maintains the fairness of the law through the system of reexamination of the Ministry of Punishments and clarifies the local injustices in a timely manner through the power of the criminal departments to hear and deal with local cases. In addition to the Jurchen people in the Jin dynasty, there are Han, Khitan, Xi and other ethnic officials. Among them, Jurchen and Han are the main ethnic groups in Jintang, so they have a full understanding of the ethnic composition of Jintang officials. It is of great significance to have a deep understanding of the establishment of the judiciary and the national policy of the Jin Dynasty.
