采在温室条件下,采用盆栽试验方法研究了生物菌剂与腐植酸肥配施的肥效及其对土壤微生物群落分布的影响。试验共设生物菌剂与腐植酸肥配施、腐植酸肥、化肥和无肥(CK)、生物菌剂5个处理。结果表明,施用生物菌剂与腐植酸肥配施能显著提高土壤微生物数量,土壤中的细菌、真菌和放线菌总数均有显著增加;同时,能显著提高作物养分含量及生物量。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of biocide and humic acid fertilizer on soil fertility and microbial community distribution under greenhouse conditions. A total of biological test agents and humic acid fertilizer, humic acid fertilizer, fertilizer and no fertilizer (CK), biological agents 5 treatment. The results showed that the combination of biocide and humic acid fertilizer could significantly increase the amount of soil microorganisms, the total number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in soil increased significantly; at the same time, the nutrient contents and biomass of crops were significantly increased.
