采用有机几何设计法对钣金设备的正面造型进行规范,使产品设备正面造型具有美学比例特性,并对企业产品的视觉品质有一定的提升作用。首先对市场现有的钣金设备的造型进行搜集,通过E-prime选取出符合消费者需求的造型图片,针对钣金设备的美学特征用有机几何设计法进行分析,得出常用设计比例和作图步骤,进而对设计师草图进行规范,使设计出来的产品不仅具有美学比例特性,同时也提升了企业识别特性,并对今后的钣金设备设计起指导作用。
Using the method of organic geometric design to regulate the frontal shape of the sheet metal equipment, the frontal shape of the product equipment has the characteristics of aesthetics, and improves the visual quality of the enterprise’s products. Firstly, the shape of the existing sheet metal equipment in the market was collected. E-prime was used to select the styling pictures that meet the needs of consumers. The aesthetic characteristics of the sheet metal equipment were analyzed by using organic geometric design method. Figure steps, and then the designer sketches regulate the design of the product not only has the characteristics of the aesthetic ratio, but also enhance the identification characteristics of enterprises and the future of sheet metal equipment design guidance.
