提高法学本科学生实践能力是当前我国法学教育当务之急,也是实现应用型法律人才培养目标的重要步骤。具有理论性和应用性级强的学科这就是人们所认识的法学,而法学本科教育的目的正是要培养学生的现实关怀,必须引导学生从现实生活中提炼法理的重要竟义,在亲历的过程中一定要养成法律思维,增强创新能力和社会适应能力,实践中教育正是实现这一目标必不可缺少的环节和途径。该文从提高法学本科学生实践能力目标出发,针对中央司法警官学院法学教育实际情况,运用实验法试图构建以“法律帮助中心”、“驾校式法学教育”、“研究生—本科生实践小组”为主要内容的法学本科学生实践能力培养模式。
