目的:建立咽痒咳合剂中有效成分盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.01 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾(磷酸调至pH 2.5)-三乙胺(5∶95∶0.15),流速:1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长:208 nm。结果:盐酸麻黄碱在9.0~56.3μg.ml-1(r=0.999 6)、盐酸伪麻黄碱在6.9~42.9μg.ml-1(r=0.999 6)的浓度范围内均线性关系良好,回收率均在95%~105%之间,RSD均小于2%。结论:本方法操作简便、重复性好,可有效检测其含量。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of active ingredient ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in throat itch cough mixture. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.01 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogenphosphate (adjusted to pH 2.5 with phosphoric acid) and the mobile phase was Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) using high performance liquid chromatography Ethylamine (5:95:0.15), flow rate: 1.0 ml.min-1, detection wavelength: 208 nm. RESULTS: Ephedrine hydrochloride had good linearity in the range of 9.0 ~ 56.3μg.ml-1 (r = 0.999 6) and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in the range of 6.9 ~ 42.9μg.ml-1 (r = 0.999 6) Between 95% and 105% RSDs were less than 2%. Conclusion: The method is simple and easy to operate with good repeatability and can effectively detect its content.
