基于中职学生数学基础差,学习兴趣缺失;部分教师知识老化、教学方法、教学模式陈旧,教师的培训机会少,教师的综合素质与业务水平与专业知识都有待于进一步提高;教材内容过于理论,没有与学生的专业与生活实际紧密结合等等现状,提出改变这种现状的若干策略,如夯实基础,培养学生学习数学的兴趣与信心;转变传统的数学价值观和教学观;创新中职数学教学模式和方法;改革中职数学教材内容和结构;加强中职数学教师队伍建设和培训;完善中职数学教学评价标准和体系等。
