本文以山东省近年来新育成的25个小麦品种(系)为材料,通过正常氮磷水平的大田试验,测定不同品种(系)籽粒的氮素利用效率(nitrogen utilization efficiency,NUE)和磷素利用效率(phosphorus utilization efficiency,PUE)及其相关性状,综合产量性状,从中筛选出氮素和磷素利用效率高且产量好的氮、磷高效型小麦新品种(系),为品种推广提供参考。试验采用随机区组设计,分品种收获脱粒,采用微量凯氏定氮法和钒钼酸铵显色法分别测定籽粒的氮浓度(grain nitrogen concentration,GNCe)和磷浓度(grain phosphorus concentration,GPCe),并分别计算籽粒的NUE和PUE。结果表明,在正常氮、磷水平下,以济麦22为对照,NUE、PUE和产量分别高出对照10%以上的品种(系)有13个、8个和11个;在这3个指标上均比对照高出10%的品种(系)有4个,它们是山农24、泰农18、山农32(SH5099)和山农29(LS6109)。因此,山农24、泰农18、山农32(SH5099)和山农29(LS6109)是氮、磷高效型小麦品种(系),在生产上推广价值较高。
In this paper, 25 wheat cultivars (lines) newly bred in recent years in Shandong Province were used as materials to determine the nitrogen utilization efficiency (NUE) and phosphorus (PUE) and their related traits and yield traits, nitrogen and phosphorus efficient and high yield nitrogen and phosphorus efficient wheat varieties were screened out for their reference . Randomized block design was adopted in the experiment, and varieties were harvested for threshing. Grain nitrogen concentration (GNCe) and grain phosphorus concentration (GPCe) were determined by micro-Kjeldahl method and ammonium vanadate assay. , And calculate the grain NUE and PUE respectively. The results showed that there were 13, 8 and 11 varieties with NUE, PUE and yield above 10% of the control under the normal nitrogen and phosphorus levels respectively. In the three indexes There are 4 varieties (lines) which are 10% higher than the control, and they are Shannon 24, Tainong 18, SH5099 and Shannon 29 (LS6109). Therefore, Shannong 24, Tainong 18, Shannong 32 (SH5099) and Shannon 29 (LS6109) are nitrogen and phosphorus efficient wheat varieties (lines), which have high value in production.
