聘任制是一种新型的人事管理制度,目前已在高职院校辅导员队伍中广泛使用。根据聘任制高职辅导员队伍面临的职业现状,要构建聘任制辅导员心理契约管理的有效办法,必须找准角色定位,完善聘任制辅导员的管理机制;针对辅导员岗位描述,改善辅导员的知识结构,建立科学的工作体系。此外,还应建立有效的心理契约互动模式,提高辅导员职业忠诚度。
