在高校教学中,经济法课程中涉及到许多抽象性的概念、制度及规范,往往教学形式较为理论化,学生接收到的经济法知识也较为模糊,从而会降低教学效果。然而,将社会热点引入到经济法教学当中,可以帮助学生从宏观抽象学习经济法理论知识向具体微观角度转变,具有重要的实用性及时代性。本文着重就如何将社会热点引入经济法教学做出详细分析,希望能够为相关研究提供一定的理论借鉴。
In the teaching of colleges and universities, there are many abstract concepts, systems and norms in the course of economic law, and the teaching forms are often theorized. The knowledge of economic law received by students is also vague, which will reduce the teaching effect. However, the introduction of social hot spots into the teaching of economic law can help students to change their theoretical knowledge of macroscopic abstraction from the perspective of macroeconomics to specific micro perspectives, which is of great practicality and timeliness. This article focuses on how to introduce social hot spots into the teaching of economic law to make a detailed analysis, hoping to provide some theoretical reference for the relevant research.
