本文采用MIG和O_2—C_2H_2焰堆焊方法,在阀门密封处堆焊铜合金。试验结果表明:用新工艺研制的阀门密封面,各项性能指标完全符合设计要术,并可节省大量的铜合金,具有明显的经济效益。
In this paper, MIG and O_2-C_2H_2 flame welding method, the valve seal deposited copper alloy. The test results show that the valve sealing surface developed by the new process fully complies with the design requirements and can save a large amount of copper alloy with obvious economic benefits.
