为了适应我厂铸造车间厂房较低的要求,我厂研制的0.75m~3抓斗在与产品抓斗宽度相当的情况下,将抓斗本身高度降为1.54m。同时使用平衡钩组成的自动开合机构,省掉了抓斗开合动力。该抓斗结构简单,不需精密的齿轮机构,便于自制。使用两年来,运行可靠,在生产中发挥了重要作用。一、抓斗结构抓斗基本结构如图1所示。主要由斗体、上下横梁、内外支承臂、导向杆和开合机构等部分组成。斗体供抓取和容纳物料并配合支承臂实现抓取和放料动作;上下横梁将左右、外内支承臂连接起来,抓取过程中,由钢丝绳通
In order to meet the lower requirements of our foundry workshop, the 0.75m ~ 3 grab bucket developed by our factory reduced the height of the grab itself to 1.54m under the condition that the grab width of the product is equivalent to that of the grab bucket.
