济南军区某团“红一连”的前身是党所掌握的湘赣边界的一支农民自卫军。1927年9月,该连被编为中国工农革命军第一军第一师第一团二连。1928年4月,该连被编为中国工农红军第四军十师三十团一连。连队先后参加战役战斗436次,屡建奇功,并荣获“英勇连”、“百战百胜”等荣誉称号。连队先后荣立集体一等功1次、二等功8次、三等功33次。连队党支部多次被中组部、总政治部、军区表彰为“先进基层党组织”。2008年6月连队党支部被总政治部表彰为全军先进基层党组织。
The predecessor of a certain regiment of the Jinan Military Region and “Red One Company” was a peasant self-defense force at the party’s control over the Hunan-Kiangsi border. In September 1927, the company was compiled as the First Corps of the First Corps of the First Corps of the Chinese Workers ’and Peasants’ Revolutionary Army.
